Aj44 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1 General Description

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the AJ44 online betting and gaming platform (hereinafter referred to as "AJ44" or the "Platform") and its users. AJ44 is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for bettors in Bangladesh.

These terms and conditions are written in Bangla so users in Bangladesh can easily understand them. We believe every rule should be clear and straightforward — with no hidden clauses or complex legal language.

AJ44 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified on the platform, and the latest update date will be reflected on this page.

2 Account & Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account with AJ44. AJ44 reserves the right to close any account created with false or misleading information, and any winnings associated with that account may be forfeited.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be permanently closed.
• It is your responsibility to keep your password and login credentials confidential. Sharing them with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact AJ44 Support immediately.
• The mobile number or email used during registration will be required for identity verification at a later stage.
• A national ID or other government-issued document may be required for identity verification (KYC).

3 Age & Eligibility

AJ44 strictly provides services to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are completely prohibited from opening an account or using the platform.

• At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• AJ44 may request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide the required documents will result in account suspension.
• Anyone for whom online gaming is legally prohibited may not use this platform.

4 Deposits & Payments

AJ44 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming activities.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. The depositor and the account holder must be the same person.
• Aj44 does not charge any additional processing fees, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.
• For suspicious deposits, aj44 may place the transaction on hold until verification is complete.

5 Withdrawal Rules

Aj44 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and securely. Please keep the following conditions in mind before submitting a withdrawal request:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• To withdraw earnings from a bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be met.
• Withdrawals for standard members are processed within 24 hours, and within 1 hour for VIP members.
• Large withdrawals (above ৳50,000) may require additional verification.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Aj44's bonuses and promotional offers are provided as an added benefit for our regular members. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are outlined in full on the relevant offer page.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require a wagering amount of 5–20x the bonus value before a withdrawal can be made.
• Duration: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Bonus Eligibility: Some bonuses apply to specific games or markets only.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: Bonus abuse will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
• Aj44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7 Betting Rules

All bets on AJ44 are governed by transparent and fair rules. Please read the relevant sport rules and market terms carefully before placing a bet.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is placed, you will receive a confirmation message. If no confirmation is received, the bet has not been accepted.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting may change just before a market closes. Bets placed at the previous odds will remain valid.
• Cancelled Matches: If a match is cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be void and stakes will be refunded.
• Technical Issues: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a server error or technical issue, aj44 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a results dispute, a final decision will be made after verifying official sources.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AJ44. Violations will result in permanent account closure and funds may be forfeited:

• Money laundering or channelling illegal funds
• Involvement in match fixing or sports manipulation
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Accessing or using another person's account
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs
• Misconduct or threats directed at aj44 staff
• Placing bets on behalf of minors

9 Account Closure & Suspension

AJ44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms
• Registering with false information
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Suspected financial irregularities
• At the user's own request

Users may also request account closure at any time. If a balance remains, the withdrawal process will be completed before the account is closed.

10 Limitation of Liability

Aj44 is not liable for the following:

• Losing a bet due to internet disconnection
• Account credentials leaked due to the user's own negligence
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
• Service disruptions caused by external factors (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions)

However, if a user suffers direct loss due to a technical fault on AJ44's own end, AJ44 will take responsibility for resolving it.

11 Privacy & Data Protection
